of every kind and character.

enjoy all of the privileges enumerated
in paragraphs 22-1827 through paragraphs
22-1870 of the Code of Georgia An
notated (Acts 1937-38. Ex Sess.. PP 214,
220, 221); Acts of the General Assembly
of 1955. PP 259, 260, and all Amendments
thereto); and all of the powers and
privileges enumerated therein are made
a part hereof to the same extent as if

The time for which said corporation
is to be in existence is Thirty-Five years
with the privilege of renewal as allowed
by the Code of Georgia of 1933 and the
Acts amendatory.

The amount of capital with which the
corporation will begin business shall not
be less than $1,000.00 in cash or other
assets, or of a combination of the two.
7.
The capital stock of the Corporation
shall be divided into 200 shares of com
mon stock without nominal or par value,
making the original capital stock one
Thousand Dollars, each share of such
non-par value standing upon an equality
with every other share of non-par
stock.

Petitioners desire the privilege of in
creasing the capital stock of said cor
poration to 5.000 shares of common stock
without nominal or par value each so
that the total capital will be $25,000.00
by a majority vote of the stockholders
outstanding at such time at a meeting

Petitioners desire that the liability of
the stockholders of said corporation be
confined to the unpaid purchase price
of the stock subscribed bv each.

Mrs. O’Dell Flanagan did execute to
Modern Homes Construction Company, a
Florida corporation, a certain security
deed to the following described land:
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Land Lot No. 118 of the
13th District of Clayton County, Geor
gia. being the North 9/10 of Lot No. 4
of Block ‘‘A” of Sub-division of H. R.
Johnson’s property, as shown by plat
of survey made by J. O. Lee, sur
veyor, March 1950. and recorded at
page 55 in Plat Book No. 3, Clerk's
Office. Clayton County Superior Court,
and being more particularly described
as follows: COMMENCING at a made
corner on the East original line of
Land Lot No. 118. said point being
510 feet North of the intersection of
said original land lot line with North
side of a public Road; thence North
erly along the East line of Lot No. 4
a distance of 90 feet to a point, said
point being the Southeast corner of
Lot No. 5; thence Westerly along the
North line of Lot No. 4 a distance of
400 feet to a point on the East side of
Johnson Road; said point being the
Southwest corner of Lot No. 5: thence
Southerly along the East side of John
son Road a distance of 90 feet to a
made corner; thence Easterly along a

fault as to principal, and the under
signed elects that the entire note be
come due at once;
Now, therefore, according to the origi
nal terms of said security deed and the
laws in such cases made and provided,
the undersigned will expose for sale to
the highest and best bidder for cash the
above-described land, after proper ad
vertisement, on the first Tuesday in
June, between the legal hours of sale
before the courthouse door in Jones
boro, Clayton County, Georgia. The
proceeds from said sale will be used,
first to the payment of said note and
expenses, and the balance, if any, de
livered to the said Mrs. O’Dell Flanagan.
