Edmonds Elementary School, consisting
of six 16) classrooms, corridor, boys and
girls toilets, janitor, mechanical and
storage rooms; Addition to the Hendrix

Contract, if awarded, will be on a
lump sum basis. No bid may be with
drawn for a period of 35 days after date
of opening. Bids must be accompanied
by a bid bond in an amount not less
than 5% of the base bid. Performance
and Payment Bond will be required in
an amount equal to 100% of the contract
