the right of renewal as provided by law,

The object of said corporation is pe
cuniary gain to itself and those who may
become holders of its stock or certifi
cates of indebtedness.

secured by its own stock or certificates

poration shall have the right to conduct
its stockholders and directors meetings
within and without this State.

Said corporation shall have all of the
rights, powers, privileges, and immunities
which are now or hereafter may be
allowed to corporations under the laws
of the State of Georgia, including all
such rights, powers, privileges and im
munities permitted by law and set forth
in this petition.
