CORP., under date of May 16th., 1963,
and recorded in Deed Book 305 page 15
Clayton County Records, and by subse
quent transfer dated June 3rd., 1963, and
recorded in Deed Book 307 page 489 Clay
ton County Records, said Security Deed
and the land therein dsecribed, together
with all its powers, rights and privileges
was transferred and conveyed by
UNITED MORT AGEE SERVICING
CORP, to EMIGRANT INDUSTRIAL
SAVINGS BANK, the present owner and
holder of said Security Deed and the
indebtedness secured thereby, the under
signed. as Attorney in Fact for ALVIN
M. SCHICKINGER, JR. will sell at public
outcry to the highest and best bidder for
cash between the legal hours of sale,
before the Court House Door of Clayton
County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in
October, 1964 (October 6, 1964), the fol

said deed was given to secure an in
debtedness evidenced by a certain prom
issory note in the principal sum of
THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
AND NO/100 ($13,600.00) DOLLARS,
dated May 16, 1963, repayable in monthly
installments of $75.10 each, beginning on
the first day of July, 1963, and a like
amount on the first day of each and
every month thereafter, including May 1,
1993.
On account of default in the payment
of installment due on the Ist day of
April, 1964, in the amount of $75.10, and
all subsequent monthly installments,
EMIGRANT SAVINGS BANK, the pres
ent holder of said Deed and Note, has
declared the entire unpaid principal bal
ance of THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN AND 13/100
($13,457.13) DOLLARS plus interest from
March 1, 1964, to be due and payable
immediately, and the above described
property will be sold at public outcry in
the manner and form and upon the terms
as herein stated by the undersigned as
Attorney in Fact for ALVIN M.
SCHICKINGER. JR. for the purpose of
satisfying the principal and interest due
upon the said obligation secured by said
deed and transfer as aforesaid, the pro
ceeds of said sale to be applied, first to
the payment of costs in this sale, second
to the satisfaction of said note, and the
balance, if any, will be paid to ALVIN
M. SCHICKINGER, JR., or his assigns,
as such may be entitled under the
law and the facts. The undersigned

deed to purchaser at such sale, as pro

Pursuant to and by virtue of the Power
of Sale provided for in that certain
Security Deed executed and delivered
by Hughlyn Collie to the Prudential In
surance Company of America, dated May
16, 1962, and recorded in Deed Book 271,
Page 156-159, Clayton County Records,
State of Georgia, there will be sold at
public outcry before the Courthouse door
in said county and state by The Pru
dential Insurance Company of America,
during the legal hours of sale on the
first Tuesday in October, 1964, to the
highest bidder, the following described
property to-wit:
ALL THAT REAL ESTATE situated

payment of said indebtedness and all
charges and expenses in connection with
this foreclosure, and the balance, if any,

FOREIGN CAR SALES AND SERVICE,
INC.

The object of said corporation is pe
cuniary gain and profit.

The general nature of the business to
be transacted is as follows: Petitioners
desire to operate a Dealership for the
purchase and sale of automobiles, both
new and used, to service automobiles
and to keep, sell, and supply parts for
same, and all other acts pertinent to the
operation of such business, including the
power to own real property for the use
of said business.

Petitioners further desire that said cor
poration be vested with all the rights and
powers now or hereafter given to do any
and all things which may be needful or
proper in the operation of the above
enumerated in the Code of Georgia, and
all other powers as may hereinafter be
granted by the law.

The maximum number of shares of
stock shall be 100,000 all of which shall
be Common Stock at the par value at

the maximum sum above stated, and
thereafter from time to time to reduce
