The Detition of HAROLD H. SIMS.
REBECCA SIMS AND MARION SIMS,
hereinafter called petitioners, respectfully
shows:
1.
Petitioners desire for themselves, their
associates and successors, to be incor
porated under the name of “GUARDIAN
MOBILE HOMES, INC.’’.
2.
The object of said corporation is pe
cuniary gain and profit.
3.
The general nature of the business or
businesses to be transacted is as follows:
Either on its own behalf as principal,
or as a jobber, or on commission, or as
a broker, or as commercial and general
agent and factor for any person, part
nership. association or corporation, or as
distributor, to purchase or otherwise
acquire, own, mortgage, pledge, sell,
assign and transfer, or otherwise dispose
of, and to deal in and with, either at
wholesale or retail, Mobile Homes and
Travel Trailers of all kinds, machinery,
implements, tools and appliances arid
other goods, wares and merchandise of
all kinds, and all repair parts, attach
ments. devices and materials used in or
intended for use in connection with any
of the foregoing articles and incident
thereto and all other necessary authority
to carry all the foregoing and any and
other powers as may be granted by any
present laws or future laws of the State
of Georgia for like or similar corpora
tions including the right to acquire, hold,
rent, lease and dispose of real estate, and
to borrow money when necessary or de
sirable in connection with and in opera
tion of the corporation’s business, and
to have the powers to engage in anv and
all types of business of a lawful nature.
4.
That the maximum number of shares
of stock shall be One Thousand shares,
all of which shall be common stock, and
all of which shall be without par value.
The amount of capital with which the
corporation shall begin business shall be
not less than Two Hundred ($200.00*
Dollars.
5.
The time for which the corporation is
to have existence is thirty-five (35) years
with the privilege of renewal of the
charter.
6.
The County in w'hich the principal
office of the corporation is to be located
is Clayton County, Georgia, but the
privilege is desired of establishing branch
offices and places of business both with
in and without the State of Georgia.

mon stockholders, and such by-laws shall
provide for the officers of the corpora
tion, the manner of their selection, and
such other rules appropriate to by-laws
which have as their purpose the control
and management of the corporation, in
cluding provisions whereby the by-laws
may be amended.
9.
Your petitioners herewith exhibit a
Certificate of the Secretary of the State
of Georgia, as required by Section
22-1803, Georgia Code Annotated.
WHEREFORE, petitioners. pray to be
incorporated under the name and style
aforesaid, with all the rights, powers,
privileges and immunities herein set
forth, and such additional rights, powers
and privileges as may be necessary,
proper or incident to the conduct of the
business aforesaid, and as may be in
herent in or allowed to like corporations
under the laws of the State of Georgia as
they now or may hereafter exist.

TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF
CLAYTON COUNTY:
NOTICE is hereby given that on the
15th dav of December, 1964, an election
will be held in all the voting precincts
of Clayton County, at which time there
will be submitted to the qualified voters
of said County for their determination
the question of whether or not School
Bonds shall be issued by Clayton County
School District in the aggregate princi
pal amount of $2,350,000 for the purpose
of providing funds to acquire, construct
and equip school buildings and other
buildings and facilities useful in connec
tion therewith, to add to. improve,
renovate, repair and equip existing edu-

cational facilities of the Clayton County
School System, to acquire the necessarv
property therefor, both real and per
sonal. and to pay expenses incident to
accomplishing the foregoing, said bonds,
if so authorized, to be dated December
1, 1964, in the denomination of SI,OOO

ward to 2,350, inclusive, in order of ma
turity. to bear interest from date at such
rate or rates not exceeding four and one
half per centum (4*4%) per annum in

51,000 each, numbered consecutively from
1 upward to 425, inclusive, in order of
maturity, to bear interest from date at
such rate or rates not exceeding four and
one-half per centum (4 X 2<^) per annum
in any year, all interest payable Decem
ber 1, 1965 and semi-annually thereafter
on the Ist days of June and December
in each year, and the principal of said
bonds to mature on the Ist day of De
cember, lowest numbers first, in the
years and amounts, as follows:
$14,000 in each of the years 1965 to
1974, inclusive,
$15,000 in each of the years 1975 to
1993, inclusive.
The principal of and interest on said
bonds shall be payable in lawful money

bank or banks to be designated later.
The voting polls will be open in all
voting precincts of the County at 7:00
o’clock A.M., and close at 7:00 o’clock
P.M., Eastern Standard Time, on the said
day fixed for the election. All persons
nualified to vote in general elections and
only those registered and qualified to
vote in general elections, will be allowed
to vote in this election.
The qualified voters at the time of the
election desiring to vote in favor of the
issuance of $2,350,000 School Bonds for
the aforesaid purpose will do so by cast
ing their ballots having printed or writ
ten thereon the following words: “FOR
$2,350,000 CLAYTON COUNTY SCHOOL
DISTRICT BONDS”, and those desiring
to vote against the issuance of $2,350,000
School Bonds for the aforesaid purpose
will do so by casting their ballots having
printed or written thereon the following
words: “AGAINST $2,350,000 CLAYTON
COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT BONDS’’.
The qualified voters at the time of the
election desiring to vote in favor of the
issuance of $425,000 School Bonds for the
aforesaid purpose will do so by casting
their ballots having printed or written
thereon the following words: “FOR
$425,000 CLAYTON COUNTY SCHOOL
DISTRICT BONDS", and those desiring
to vote against the issuance of $425,000
School Bonds for the aforesaid purpose
