fourth (5'4 • per cent per annum,
in the amount of $74.93 per month,
beginning on February 1, 1963, and
continuing thereafter until interest
and principal are paid in full, the
last payment being due January 1,
1993.
Default has occurred in the pay
ment of the debt evidenced by said
note and secured by said deed by
the nonpayment of the installments
beginning with one which fell due
on September 1. 1965 The total bal
ance of said debt has, therefore,
been declared due and said deed
foreclosable according to the terms
of said Security Deed and the note
which it secures.
Said property will be sold to the

PTA Treated
The Jonesboro Senior
High School PTA was treated
to the dramatic talents of
one of its most able mem
bers Tuesday night, Feb
ruary 1, during the program
of the regular meeting. Mrs.
Lucille Bailey, dressed for .
the part, gave a very humor
ous reading as Mrs. Alice
Mcßirney. original founder
of PTA, who fictitiously
transcends the gap from
past to present. She com
mented on the changes she
found in the world of 1966 in
modes of transportation,
dress, and behaviour of hus
bands and children!
Another highlight of the
program was the awarding
of an Honorary Life Mem
bership certificate and pin
to Mrs. E. D. Lantzy for her
years of PTA service and
community representation.
Mr. and Mrs. Lantzy have
four children attending
three local schools, and the
family is active in the Meth
odist Church. Mrs. Lantzy
has held various offices in
PTA and is presently serving
as Publicity Chairman for
two schools.
Past Presidents of the
High School PTA were rec
ognized and Mrs. J. W. Hil
verink, current presiding of
ficer, announced that the
PTA was donating a book to
the library in honor of all
Past Presidents.
