Inc. respectfully shows the follow
ing facts, to-wit:
1. Petitioner was incorporated by
Order of this Court on September
11, 1964, and it now desires to sur
render its charter and franchises to
the State of Georgia and be dis
solved as a corporation.
2. Such dissolution may be al
lowed without injustice to an
stockholder or to any person hav)-'
ing any claim or demand of any
character against said corporation.
3. At a joint meeting of the stock
holders and Board of Directors held
on January 20, 1967, at which time
all of the outstanding stock of the

which was held pursuant to a call
