curity deed executed by COLMAN
BOYLES and EDNA M. BOYLES to
ATLANTIC SECURITIES, INC.,
dated September 23, 1966, and re
corded in Deed Book 446, page
157-159, of the records of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Clayton
County, Georgia; the undersigned
will sell at public out-cry to the
highest bidder for cash before the
Courthouse door in Clayton County,
Georgia, between the legal hours
of sale on the first Tuesday in April,
1967, to wit, April 4, 1967, the fol
lowing described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Land Lot 112 of
the 13th District of Clayton County,
Georgia, being Lot 3, Block V, as
per plat of Pineland Subdivision,
Section 5, Unit A, recorded in Plat
Book 7, page 221, Clayton County
Records, and being more particu
larly described as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron pin on
the Southwesterly side of Cone
Road 498.7 feel Southwesterly,
Southerly and Southeasterly from
the intersection of the Northwest
side of Cone Road with the South
west side of Cypress Court as meas
ured along the Northwest, Westerly

Road, and following the curvature
thereof, said point of beginning

38-degrees, 09-minutes West, 33.6
feet to an iron pin at the Southwest
coiner of Lot 4, said block; thence
running North 51-degrees, 51-min
utes East, 150 feet to the iron pin
on the Southwesterly side of Cone
Road, at the point of beginning;
this being improved property with
a house thereon; all as shown on
plat lor Bobby Dean Stewart by
Lum Ball & Assoc., Surveyors,
dated August 29, 1963.
The debt secured by said deed is
evidenced by a note dated Septem
ber 23, 1966 in the original amount
of $2,136.69 payable, principal and
interest, in the amount of $25 00 per
month beginning on October 1, 1966
and continuing monthly thereafter
until principal and interest are paid
in full.
Default has occurred in the pay
ment of the debt evidenced by said
note and secured by said deed by
the failure to pay the installments
as they fail due. By reason of said
default, the total balance of said
debt has therefore been declared
due and said deed foreclosable ac
cording to the terms of said deed
and the note which it secures.
Said property will be sold to the
highest bidder for cash as the prop
erty of COLMAN BOYLES and
EDNA M BOYLES, and the pro
ceeds will be applied to the pay
ment of said indebtedness and the
lawful expenses of said sale, all as
provided in said note and said deed;
said sale to be subject to all unpaid
taxes and assessments. The prop
erty will be sold subject to a prior
deed to secure debt to Adair Realty
& Loan Company, recorded in Deed
Book 317, page 243, Clayton County,
