gia. The corporation shall be al
lowed to buy, sell, exchange, lease,
sub-divide and improve real estate,
with all the usual and necessary
services for itself and others; to
lend and borrow money, and to do
any and all other things incident
or pertinent to the principal busi
ness.

The principal office of said Cor
poration shall be in Clayton County,
Georgia, with the privilege of
establishing branch offices and
places of business elsewhere in the
State of Georgia.

The authorized capital stock of
said corporation shall be $50,000.00
with the maximum number of
shares of stock to be 50,000, of the
par value of SI.OO each, and to con
sist of common stock. The amount
of capital may be subscribed and
paid for in cash or with property
at a fair market value, or a com
bination of the two; and the amount
of capital with which the corpora
tion shall begin business shall be
not less than $500.00.

The general nature of the busi
ness to be transacted by the cor
poration is as follows:
(a) The making of loans and ad
vancing of credit or money or real
and personal property.
(b) The purchase, sale, pledging
and otherwise dealing in notes,
bonds, stocks, mortgages and other
evidences of indebtedness of indi
viduals or corporations.
(c) To own, lease, buy and man
age real estate.
(d) To act as agent for others in
the sale of all types of contracts
and policies of insurance.
(e) To operate and manage such
business and/or businesses as may
fall into its hands as a result of
its primary enterprise.
The amount of capital with
which the corporation shall begin
business shall not be less than
$1,000.00 dollars, which shall be
paid either in money or property.

The maximum number of shares
of stock which the corporation is
authorized to have outstanding is
10,000 shares of common stock with
a par value of $15.00 dollars per
share, said stock having such rights,
powers and privileges as may be
provided in the by-laws of the cor
poration.

The time which the corporation
shall have existence is thirty-five
years with the right of renewal and
the right to amend in the manner
provided by law.

The principal office of the cor
poration shall be located in Clay
ton County, Georgia, with the
rights, powers and privileges of
establishing branch offices and

The petitioners desire that they
be incorporated and have all the

granted to similar corporations
under the laws of the State of

force, without limitations.

is not the name of any other cor
poration in the State of Georgia, as

TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF
CLAYTON COUNTY:
NOTICE is hereby given that on
the 26th day of April, 1967, an elec
tion will be held in all the election
districts of Clayton County, at
which time there will be submitted
to the qualified voters of said Coun
ty for their determination the ques
tion of whether or not Hospital
Bonds shall be issued by said Coun
ty in the aggregate principal amount
of $400,000 tor the purpose of pro
viding funds to be applied or con
tributed toward the cost of acquir
ing, constructing and equipping a
hospital and related buildings and
facilities in connection therewith
for Clayton County, acquiring ap
purtenances, facilities and equip
ment useful or desirable in connec
tion therewith, acquiring the neces
sary property therefor, both real
and personal, and paying expenses
incident to accomplishing the fore
going; said bonds, if so authorized,
to be dated June 1, 1967, in the de
nomination of $5,000 each, numbered
consecutively from 1 upward to 80,
inclusive, in order of maturity, to
bear interest from date at such rate
or rates not exceeding four and one
half per centum (4*/a%) per annum,
all interest payable January 1, 1968
and semi-annually thereafter on the
Ist days of January and July in
each year and the principal to ma
ture on the Ist day of January,
lowest numbers first, in the years
and amounts, as follows:
$15,000 in each of the years 1969
to 1978, inclusive,
$25,000 in each of the years 1979
to 1988, inclusive,
and at which said election there
will also be submitted to the quali
fied voters of said County the ques
tion of whether or not Juvenile
Courthouse Improvement Bonds in
the aggregate principal amount of
$25,000 shall be issued for the pur
pose of providing funds to pay the
cost of adding to, extending, reno
vating, repairing, improving and
equipping the Juvenile Courthouse
of Clayton County, together with
all apparatus, furnishings, equip
ment, appurtenances and other fa
cilities useful or desirable in con
nection therewith, acquiring the
necessary property therefor and
paying expenses incident to accom
plishing the foregoing; said bonds,
if so authorized, to be dated June
1, 1967, in the denomination of
$5,000 each, numbered consecutively
from 1 upward to 5, inclusive, in
order of maturity, to bear interest
from date at such rate or rates not
exceeding four and one-half per
centum (4 l /a%) per annum, all in
terest payable January 1, 1968 and
semi-annually thereafter on the Ist
days of January and July in each
year and the principal to mature
on the Ist day of January, lowest

said bonds shall be payable in law

Voters desiring to vote for the

to the left of the word "YES” and
voters desiring to vote against the
issuance of said Hospital Bonds for
the aforesaid purpose shall do so
by marking their ballots with a
cross or check mark in the square

to the question propounded, to-wit:

pital Bonds". Voters desiring to
