the old Adamson Road.
CITATION
TO ALL PERSONS WHOM IT MAY
CONCERN;
Notice is hereby given that Mor
row Land Company has applied to
the Board of Commissioners of
Roads and Revenue of Clayton
County, Georgia, for the discon
tinuance and closing of a portion
of old Adamson Road, the same
being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the south right
of way line of Lake Harbin Road
where the old road intersects with
the south right of way line; thence
running generally south a distance
of 4,900 feet more or less to the
rear of petitioner’s property and
through other properties, and being
42 feet more or less in width; said
land lying and being in Land Lot
116 and others of the 12th District
of Clayton County, Georgia.
Said application shall be heard on
the 4th day of April, 1967, and un
less good cause is shown to the
contrary said portion of said old
road will be declared discontinued
and closed.

1.
Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates and successors, to
be incorporated under the name of
•SAUNDERS SOUTHERN SALES,
INC ”
2.
The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain and profit.
3.
The general nature of the busi
ness or businesses to be transacted
is that as a manufacturers' repre
sentative in the sale of beauty and
barber supplies and allied products,
and to do all things incident to the
necessity or desirability of the ac
complishing of the above and fore
going, including but not limited to
the use of agents, contractors, au
ditors, attorneys, the performing of
all services allied or incident to the
above and foregoing missions of said
Corporation, and the right to exe
cute any and all documents need
ful or desirable in the accomplish
ment of the above.

Petitioners further desire that
said corporation be vested with all
the rights and powers now or here
after given to do any and all things
which may be needful or proper in
the operation of the above described
business, and that said corporation
have all of the powers enumerated
in Sections 22-1827 and 22-1828,
Georgia Code Annotated, and such
powers as may hereafter be given
by law.

The maximum number of shares
of stock with par value shall be
suo snares at slu.oo per share. How
ever, the amount of capital with
which the corporation shall begin
business shall be not less than Five
Hundred (s&uo.uui Dollars. The cor
poration shall be authorized to issue
additional shares up to the maxi
mum sum aoove stated, and there
ailer, irom time to time, but with
in the limitations set forth in Sec
tions 2^-18a4, Georgia Code Anno
tated, to reduce the amount of capi
tal outstanding.
6.
The time for which the corpora
tion is to have existence is 35 years,
with the privilege of renewal of the
charter, from time to time, upon the
expiration of said periods of 35
years.
7.
The County in which the prin
cipal office of the corporation is to
be located is Clayton County, Geor
gia, but the privilege is desired of
establishing branch offices and
places of business both within and
without the State of Georgia.
8.
The name and Post Office ad
dress of each of the applicants for
charter are as follows;

Maxene Cassel, Jonesboro, Ga.
9.
Petitioners further desire that by
laws of the corporation shall be
adopted by the common stockhold
ers, and such by-laws shall provide
for the officers of the corporation,
the manner of their selection, and
such other rules appropriate to by
laws which have as their purpose
the control and management of the
corporation, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be
amended.

Your petitioners herewith exhibit
a certificate of the Secretary of the
State of Georgia as required by Sec
tion 22-1803, Georgia Code Anno
tated.

WHEREFORE, petitioners pray to
be incorporated under the name and
style aforesaid with all the rights,
powers, privileges, and immunities
herein set forth, and such addi
tional rights, powers and privileges
as may be necessary, proper or in
cident to the conduct of the busi
ness aforesaid, and as may be in
herent in or allowed to like corpo
rations under the laws of the State
of Georgia as they now exist or
may hereafter exist.
