Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates and successors to
be incorporated under the name of
"St. AMOUR REALTY CO., INC.”
The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain and profit.

The general nature of the busi
ness or businesses to be transacted
is as follows:
tai To engage in and operate a
general real estate business, to buy
and sell real and personal property
of all kinds;
ib> To borrow money on real and
personal property;
ic) To act as a broker in the
placing of loans on real and per
sonal property;
id i To develop and subdivide
real property < and construct build
ings of all kinds;
id To buy, sell, rent, lease, own,
deal in, manage, mortgage or con
vey all types of real and personal
property in this state or in any
other state in the United States.
Petitioners further desire that
said corporation be vested with all
the rights and powers now or here
after given to do any and all things
which may be needful or proper in
the operation of the above de
scribed business, and that said cor
poration have all of the powers
enumerated in Sections 22-1827 and
22-1828, Georgia Code Annotated,
and such powers as may hereafter
be given by law.
The maximum number of shares
of stock shall be One Thousand
Five Hundred <1,500) shares of com
mon stock with a par value of One
Hundred ($100.00) Dollars. However,
the amount of capital with which
the corporation shall begin busi
ness shall be not less than $200.00.
The corporation shall be authorized
to issue additional shares up to the
maximum sum above-stated and
thereafter from time to time.

The time for which said corpora
tion is to have existence is thirty
five 1351 years, with the privilege
of renewal of the charter, from
time to time, upon the expiration
of said periods of thirty-five (35)
years.

The county in which the prin
cipal office of the corporation Is to
be located in is Clayton County,
Georgia, but the privilege is de
sired of establishing branch offices
and places of business both within
and without the State of Georgia.
Petitioners further desire that by
laws of the corporation shall be
adopted by the common stockhold
ers, and such by-laws shall provide
for the officers of the corporation,
the manner of their selection, and
such other rules appropriate to by
laws which have as their purpose
control and management of the cor
poration, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be
amended.

The corporation shall have the
power to amend, alter, change or
repeal any provision of its charter
in form or substance upon the vote
of two-thirds of its outstanding

A $3,500 research follew
ship to the University of
Georgia’s College of Agricul
ture has been awarded for
the second consecutive year
by the Georgia Power Com
pany.
C. M. Wallace. Jr., Georgia
Power senior vice president,
presented the fellowship
checks to Dr. C. C. Murray,
dean of the College of Agri
culture, during a special
luncheon meeting at the
University of Georgia’s Cen
ter for Continuing Educa
tion.
The fellowship supports
farm electrification research
conducted by the University
of Georgia’s agricultural en
gineering department,
headed by Dr. R. H. Brown.
The funds are being used for
research in solar and radiant
energy that can be applied
in the design of environ
ment-controlled housing for
poultry and livestock.
"We are proud, through
this fellowship, to expand
our research association with
Dr. Brown’s agricultural en
gineers,” Mr. Wallace said.
At the luncheon, Olin
Ginn, manager of Georgia
Power’s rural division, em
phasized the need for maxi
mum use of electricity in ag
ricultural mechanization.
