tion will be held tn the City of Mor
row. Georgia at which time there
will be submitted to the qualified
voters of Mid City for their detei -
mination the question of whether
or not Recreation Bonds shall be
issued by said City in the aggiegate
principal amount of $195,000 foi the
purpose of providing funds to pay
the cost of acquiring, constructing
and equipping recreational buildings
and facilities, including, out not
limited to. recreational centers,
parks, trails, swimming and wading
pools, playgrounds, athletic fields
and courts, gymnasiums, gymnato
riums and other buildings, struc
tures. facilities and appropriate ap
purtenances and utilities useful or de
sirable in connection therewith, add
ing to. repairing, renovating, le
modeling, improving and equipping
existing recreational facilities, ac
quiring the necessaiy property
therefor, both real and personal, and
paving expenses incident to accom
plii hing ths fori going said bonds
