Pursuant to the power of sale
contained in a certain deed to se
cure debt from Tu Tone Muffler
Corporation to Edwin S. Kemp and
John L. Watson, Jr., dated June 19,
1967 and recorded in Deed Book
467 Page 154, in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of
Clayton County, Georgia, the
undersigned having declared the
entire indebtedness due under said
deed by reason of a default in the
terms and conditions of said deed
to secure a debt will sell at public
outcry before the Court House
Door in said County on the First
Tuesday of November, 1968, dur
ing the legal hours of sale to the
highest and best bidder cash, the
following described property to

All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Land Lot 183 of ’
the 13th District of Clayton Coun
ty, Ga., being 4.18 acres of land as
