Engaged To Mr. Tucker
Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Moon announce the engagement of their
daughter Celia Diane to Marshal Tucker son of Mr. and Mrs.
H. B. Tucker of Morrow.
Both are graduates of Forest Park High.
Miss Moon is a receptionist for Life of Georgia.
Mr. Tucker is employed by Kelly Springfield Tire Co. also at
tending school at Atlanta Tech.
The wedding will be Aug. 16th 8;00 p.m. at Ash Street Baptist
Chruch of Forest Park. No invitations will be sent. All friends
and relatives are invited.

Miss Mitchell attended David
Lipscomb College in Nashville,
Tenn., and received the As
sociate of Arts degree in June
from Alabama Christian Col
lege, Montgomery, Ala. She
Is now employed by Retail
Credit Company in Atlanta.
Mr. Satterfield is the grand
son of Mrs. A. K. Satterfield,
of Atlanta, and the late Mr.
Satterfield, and Mrs. M. L.
Wall, of Atlanta, and the late
Mr. Wall.
The future bridegroom at
tended Alabama Christian Col
lege and will attend Clayton
Junior College this fall. He
is currently employed by Kelly-
Springfield Tire co.

Reverend Park Tucker, pas
tor of Liberty Baptist Church,
will be in New York teaching,
for the month of August.
The youth of Liberty Baptist
Church will be in charge of
the worship service on August
17th. They are also looking
forward to the youth Retreat
at Covington, Ga., on Aug. 22,
23, and 24. Also the G.A.
Coronation Service will be Aug
ust 24th at 7 p.m. The public
is invited to attend.
The Clayton County Jr. High
Summers Ensemble has post
poned their trip to Callaway
Gardens from Aug. Bth to Aug.
22nd. The group will go then
as previously planned.

ing. For her Maid of Honor
the Bride choose Coryn Goen,
and Bridesmaids were Gall
Sparks, (friend) Patricia Glan
ton, Betty Jo Glanton, sisters,
and Flower Girl Carol Glanton.
They wore Honeydew crepe
gowns trimmed with matching
satin tows at Empire style
waist and carried whte car
nations tipped with pale green
and enhanced with varied green
satin streamers. The Flower
girl carried a basket of single
Gladiola tied with green rib
bon.
The Bride, given in marriage
by her father, was charming
in a gown of Satin and lace,
featuring the Princess lines.
Two back panels fell into a
floor length train. Her head
piece of Illision held a floor
length veil. She carried a
bouget of white carnations cen
tered with a yellow throated
white orchid with Lily of the
Valley and streamers. The
church was decorated with white
Gladiolos and Chrysabthums in
a crescent design, and candle
light.
