the county of Irwin, and other eauses, and Robert

1 of Charles II. Parmtee, that by deed of mortgage
dated the first day of January, 1862, William 8. Wise
conveyed to ssid Parades certain lots end psrte of
lots of lend, lying in tbs seventh distrlot of Baker
county, known as numbers two hundred and forty,
2401 and two hundred and two, (202) eaoh oontain-
ng two hundred and fifty neres, and lot number two
hundred and one, (201) with the exception of fif
teen and one-sixth acres off of tho south end of said
lot, and the undivided one-half of bt number two
hundred and thirty-nine, tho said part of 201 con
taining two hundred and thirty-four and five-sixth
acres, and the said part of two hundred and thirty-
nint containing one hundred and twenty five acres,
for the purpose of scouring the payment of three
