acres, and tbe said part of two hundred and thirty-
nine containing one hundred and twenty fivo sores,

(8) promissory notes made by the said Wise, eaoh
dated the Mid 1st of January, 1862, and payable
with interest from dato, ono payable twelve month*
after date, for $2916 16, twenty nine hundred and
sixteen dollars and sixteen cents; the second pay
able two years after date for said sum ($2910 16)
and the third note duo three years after date, for
the said sum of $2910 16 The whole ofsald notes
amounting to the said sum of Eighty-Seven Hun
dred and Forty-Eight Dollars and forty-eight oents,
and which said notes are now dud and unpaid.
It is ordered that said William S. Wise do pay
Into this Court by the first day of next term, the
principal, interest nnd cost duo upon aaid notes, or
■how cause, if any ho can, to tho oontrary, and In
default thereof foreclosure to be granted to the aaid
Charles II. Parmlee of said mortgage, and the
equity of redemption of the said William B. Wise,
therein be forever barred, nnd that service of thil
