fendants do pay into Court, on or before the first
day of the next term thereof, the principal, interest
nnd costs due On said note, or show cause to the
contrary, if any they have. And that on failure ol
the Defendants to do so, the equity of redemption
in nnd to said mortgaged property be forever there
after barvedAnd foreclosed.
Audit is further ordered that this Rule be pub
lished in Ihe Albany News once a month for four
months previous to the next term of this Court, or
served on Defendants or tlu-ir Attorney at least

county, known us numbers t wo hundred nud forty,
(213) nud two liuudred and two, (202) each contain
ing two hundred and .fifty acres, and lot number two
liuudred aud one, (23l) with the exception of fif
teen and one-rixtli acres off of the snuHi end of snid
lot, nnd the undivided one-linlf of I >t number two
hundred and thirty-nine, the said part of 231 con
taining two hundred -ind thirty-four and five-sixth
acres, and the snid part of two liuudred and thirty-
nine eonluiulug one hundred and twenty live, acres,
for the purjfisu of securing tho payment of three
(3) promissory notes uindo by the said Wise, each
dated the said 1st of January, 1832, nnd payable
with interest from date, one payable twelve uiouilis
after date, for $2313 10, twenty nine hundred nnd
sixteen dollars and sixteen cents ; tho second pay
able two years after date for said sum ($2313 13)
and the third note due three years afterdate, for
ihe said sum of $2313 III The whole of said note*
amounting to the said sum of Eighty-Seven Hun
dred nnd Forty-Eight Dollars aud forty-eight cents,
ami which said notes are now due aud unpaid.
It is ordered that said William K. Wise do pay
into this Court by the first day of next term, the
principal, Interest nud cost duo upon said noto», or
show cause, if any lie can, to Hie contrary, nnd in
default thereof foreclosure to be granted I® the said
Charles II. Pnrmleo of snid mortgage, nnd the
equity of redemption of the said William 8. Wise,
therein be forever barred, and that service of this
rule be perfected on said William S. Wise accord
ing to law.
