FER FOUND than the Carver*.
“ I was a good judgo myself, nnd have owned
Gins from half a doxen makers, always trying for
the best.
“ l have yuf to see a Gin that can EXCEL yours
in speed, and so far ns l know, the quality Sl’R-
FASSES the best stand ever made ”
Charles A. Peabody, Exp, of Columbus, Ga.,
write* January 4th, I8t!7:
“ It e’eanathe cotton, nnd preserves the fibre
better than any Gin 1 have ever tried. The Manu
facturer that purchased and used my cotton, wrote
me tluil it was the Beat Ginned Cotton they had
ever worked.
“ I would not be without it in ginning my cotton
for five times its worth."
We are now running two of Ihcso Gins by steam
at our Mill in Albany, Ga., where wc are prepared
nil legal — costs wliiolt have accrued, and on
failure so to do. to forfeit the equity of redemption
on nud to lot of land number (8421 containing 2*70
acres, more or less, and fractional lot number 813
containing one hundred and three and three-fourths
awes, more or less. Bald land* lying nud being In
the 1st district of Dougherty county.
And it is further ordered that this Rule be serv
ed upon said Defendants, or their special agent or
attorney, at least three months previous to tlio Arst
•lay of next Jutye, and that said Rule be published
once a monUrfor four months In the Albany News,
a public gnsetle. published in the city of Albany,
Georgia, and said county.

fated the first day of January, 1802, William S. Wise
conveyed to said Fannlce certain lota nnd parts of
lots of land, lying in the seventh distriot of Bakjr
county, known as numbers two hundred nnd forty,
(240) nnd two hundred nud two, (202) each contain
ing two hundred and fifty acres, nud lot number two
hundred nnd one, (201) with the exception of fif
teen and onc-rixth acres off of the south end of said
lot, and the undivided one-ltnlf of lot number two
hundred nnd thirty-nine, the said part of 201 con
taining two hundred and thirty-four and five-sixth
acres, and the said part of two hundred and thirty-
nine containing one hundred and twenty five acres,
for the purpose of securing the payment of three
(0) promissory notes made by the said Wise, each
dated the said 1st of January, 1802, nnd payable
with interest from date, one payable twelve months
after date, for $2910 10, twenty nine hundred and
sixteen dollars nnd sixteen cents; the second pay
able two years after date for said Hunt ($2910 10)
