Houston Superior Court should
begin Monday mt>rning,as jurors
and witnesses, are summoned to be
here time.:. The basis of
this opinibp is that jurors are re
quired tope present, and are paid
for a half days, service that is not
performed.' It, is.true .the jurors

accordance with the semrions, but
the comity receives no benefit
from the half day that is not used

ton last week. . He intended to

were slightly sick when he got
there, and neither was entered

was delighted with the fair, which
was decidedly good, and the peo
