show'clearly and correctly all that-

We find the poor house build
ings in fair repair,-and the inmates,
eight in number, Well cared for
and satisfied with the treatment
received. We* recommend that
the window sash in ; the superin-

once.
The jail is in good condition,

However, we recommend that the
