Houston County, Georgin, consisting of
the whole of land lot No. 92 and con
taining 202 '/ 2 acres. Levied on ns the
property of L. B. Aultman to satisfy a ft
fa for state and county taxes for the year
1922. Tenant in possession notified.
All that tract or pnrcol of land lying
and being in the twelfth district of Hous
ton County, Georgin, and being 35 acres
in the northeast corner of land lot No.
30 ami bounded as follows; On tho north
south and east by tho Gnnunnge place,
on the west by lands belonging to Troup
Daniel, formerly owned by Troup Daniel
■and Olive Mooreland. Levied on as tho
property of Anderson Dulmrt to satisfy a
ti fa forstato and county taxes for the

145 and comprising 43 acres of land more
or less. Said land bout ded as follows:

what is known ns Mill lot No. 144, north
and west by central of Georgia Rail Road
Company. Levied on ns the property of
W J Braswoll to satisfy a fl fn for state
and county taxes f»r the year-4922.

ing a debt evidenced by a certain promis
sory note executed on tho 13th day of
October 1917 and duo October 13th, 1922
toy Mrs Emma O Peek and payable to the
order of A A Smoak for the principal sntn
of $2400.00 and $399.36 iuterost to date
of sale.
The said note provides for the pay
ment of all cost of 'collection, including
10 per cent of principal and interest as
attorneys fees, the total amount due on
said noto is $2799.36, together with the
-cost of this proceeding as provided in said
<leed to secure debt. The proceeds from
said sale will be applied, first to the pay
ment of said note and the cost of this
proceeding and the balance, if any, will
bo paid to the said Mrs. Emma O Peek or
ner legal, representstive. A deed to the
purchaser will be made by the under
