ing an indebtedness of $2000.00 repre
sented by a promissory note therein de
scribed and all other and additional in
debtedness of the grantor to the grantee
not exceeding $15,000.00 in amount, the |
whole of said indebtedness being now
represented by notes as follows:
One note dated April 1, 1925 for '
"$2040.00 with interest from date at 8
per cent and payable on demand.
Two notes dated February 4, 1925 for
$2600.00 each, with interest from date
at 8 per cent per annum and due in
ninety days.
One note dated March 2, 1925 for the
sum of $600.00 with interest at 8 per
cent per annum from date and due in
ninety days, which is secured by a note
of the W, H. Bryan Lumber Co. pay
able to the Bryan-Williams Lumber Co.
for $500.00 dated August 1, 1924 and
due four months after date with in
terest at 8 per cent per annum from
dute.
One note dated February 2, 1925 fc r
$1000.00 with interest from date at 8
per cent per annum, due in ninety days
from date and secured by a note of tha

the Bryan-Williams Lumber Company
for $500.00 due in three months from
date with 8 per cent interest from
date, dated August 1, 1924.
One note dated April 1, 1925 for
$500.00 with interest from date at 8
per cent per annum and payable on de
mand and secured by a note of the W.
H. Bryan Lumber Company to the
Bryan-Williams Lumber Company
dated August 1, 1024, payable five
months after date, for $500.00 with in
terest from date at 8 per cent per
annnum.
One not? dnted March 2, 1925, for
$6908.00 with interest from date at 8 per
ccnt per annum payable in three months
and secured by a note of the W. H.
Bryan Lumber Company to the Bryan
Williams Lumber Company for $6600.00
dated Augucst 1, 1924, payable seven
months after date, with 8 per cent in
terest por annum from date.
One note dated February 12, 1925,
due two months after date for $500.00
with interest at 8 per cent per annum
from date and secured by a not? of the
W. H. Bryan Lumber Company to the
Bryan-Williams Lumber Company dated
October 16, 1924, due sixty days after
date for $500.00 with interest from date
at 8 per cent per annum.
All of the above described notes, ex
cept those as described as having been
given as security, being notes exocuted
and delivered by the W. H. Bryan
Lumber Company to the Luther Wil
liams Bank & Trust Company and the
notes described as having been execut
ed and delivered by W. H. Bryan Lum
ber Company to the Bryan \\ illiams
Lumber Company being now held and
owned by the Luther Williams r.ank &
Trust Company as the transferee and
endorsee in due course, the present
total of all of the indebtedness herein
recited of the W. H. Bryan Lumber
Company to Luther Williams Bank &
Trust Company aggregating $16,920.16,
besides future interest thereon; and de
mand having been made by the payee
of said notes on the W. H. Bryan Lum
ber Company for the payment of the
above described demand notes and the
prommissor having failed to pay the
same and demand having been made on
the W. H, Bryan Lumber Company for
the notes executed and delivered by it
to the Brvan-Williams Lumber Com- ^

court house door in Perry, Houston
County, Georgia, to the highest bidder
for cash between the legal hours of
sale, on Tuesday, May 5, 1925 the fol
lowing described property, to-wit:
All planer mill machinery and equip
ment; all saw mill equipment and ma
chinery; all dry kilns: all logging equip
ment; all temporary buildings, dwell
ings and mill shacks; all of the furniture
and fixtures; one railroad spur track,
and one gasoline filling station located
on those certain lands at Coreen, Hous
ton County, Georgia, known as the W.
H. Bryan Lumber Company plant and
tract, which said lands are occupied by
the said W. H. Bryan Lumber Com
pany under a certain lease contract
from O. T. Brown of Grovania, Georgia
to which said conveyance reference
is hereby made for the purpose of
better desoJiption. The particular ma
chinery, equipment, accessories, sup
plies and other personalty composing
the saw mill, planer milt, dry kilns, ana
logging equipment mentioned above are
more fully described as follows:

It is the purpose of this conveyance to
convey all the persouatty of every kind
and description owned by the said W.
H. Bryan Lumber Company looated on
?aid described lands and used in con
nection with the saw mill, planing mill
and dry kiln operation of the said W.
H. Bryan Lumber Company, whether
the same be listed in any of the abave
general classification or otherwise.
Said W. H. Bryan Lumber Company
likewise conveys to said Luther Williams
Bank & Trust Company all standing
timber hold by it by virtue of the said
lease contract, located on said lands.
The power of sale in said deed will be
exercised by reason of the default of the
W. H. Bryan Lumber Company in the
payment of the above described notes
and by virtue of the fact the Luther
Williams Bank & Trust Company has
declared all of said indebtedness due on
a<.count of the failure of the W. H.
Bryan Lumber Company to pay those
notes above described as past due and
its failure to pay said demand notes
after demand had been made for payment
For these reasons the payee of said notes
has eleoted and does hereby elect to de
clare each and all of them due r.nd pay
able.
Said property will be sold for the pur
pose of paying the above mentioned
notes nnd the interest thereon and the
proceeds of said sale will be applied to
the satisfaction of said notes, with in
terest thereon, together with the costs of
this proceeding.
This power of sale will be exercised
under the authority of the above describ
ed deed to secure debt dated the 7th day
of October, 1924 and executed and de
livered by the W. H. Bryan Lumber
Compyny to the Luther Williams Bank
& Trust Company.
