named, departed this life testate and
James Miller and Lou Miller are the
duly appointed and qualified execut
ors of the will of the said Isaac Mil
ler, deceased.
Default has been made in the pay
ment of the said described notes and
the power of sale contained in the
deed to secure debt has become oper
ative.
Proper deed of conveyance will be
made to the purchaser or purchasers
