PERRY HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Lovely in every detail was the
bridge tei given by Mrs. Lewie
Eden at her home Saturday after
noon.
The living room where the
guests assembled for bridge was
attractively decorated with gold
and white chrysanthemums. The
tea table in the dining room was
overlaid avitha lace cover aud had
for its central decoration a rose-
colored crystal b>wl filled with
chrysanthemums in a delicate
rose shade. Low candle holdeis,
matching the bowl, were at the
ends of the tibia and held tall
lighted tapers.
High score prize was won by

Mr. and Mrs. Cater Rogers en
tertained with a barbecue supper
at their home Thursday night in
honor of their sister, Miss Nell
Rogers, of Rochester, N. Y., who
is visiting them.
The home was decorated
throughout with quantities Of
beautiful fall flowers and foliage.
After supper several g a m e s
were enjoyed. The guests includ
ed relatives and friends of the
honoree and numbered forty.
Mr. and Mrs. Allen Whipple
were hosts at a delightful dinner
party at the New Perry hotel
last Thursday in honor of Miss
Nell Rogt rs, Of Rochester, N. Y.
The guests included Mr. and
Mrs. Cater Rogers, Mrs. A. S.
Gossett, Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Cater,
Mrs. I.orena McCully, Mr. and
Mrs. W. K. Whipple, and the
honoree.
Miss Nell Rogers was the hon
oree Sunday night of a steak sup
per given by her nieces and their
husbands who live in Macon. The
hosts were Mr. and Mrs. Baxter
Jones. Mr. aud Mrs. Cubbedgc
Snow, and Dr. and Mrs. Fiampton
Farmer.
This delightful affair was given
at the Farmer home in Macon,
those invited from Perry were:

Mrs. A. S. Gossett, and the hon
oree.
Miss Nell Rogers was the guest
of honor at a dinner given by her
friend, Mrs. Charlie Howard, in
Loraine Sunday. Mrs. Eliza
Massee was also a guest.

The P. T. A. held its regular
monthly meeting Tuesday after
noon at 3:30 o’clock at the school
auditorium.

Perry Defeats Unadilla
Perry High School Panthers de-
foate t Unadilla Tuesday night
last, week by the small margin ol
2.9-22, Both teams played a hard
game, but Perry outplayed Una
dilla throughout the game.
Friday night the Berry Ban-
thers met Sycamore on the local I
court. The game was exciting nt
first, but after the half Perry let!
the score for the lemainder of the
game. The final scoie was 33-12.

points.
