MUSIC RECITAL
An enjoyable occasion was the
recital given by Miss Roselyn
Paul Friday evening at the home
of her mother, Mrs. L. M. Paul,
Sr., presenting Doris Hane and
Rebecca Hunt.
The program consisted of both
instrumental and vocal selections.
Miss Florine Rainey and Mrs. L.
M. Paul, Sr., gave a comic duet
entitled learning the A. B. C.
The refreshments were at
tractive and dainty. Quite a
number of guests were present.

informal tea Monday afternoon
at the church in honor of the
president. Mrs. Robert Bryan,
who went Wednesday to Way
cross to make her home. Mrs.
G. S. Riley presented her with a
gift from the society.
The social was preceded by
the monthly general meeting,
with .Mrs. Bryan presiding, Mrs.
C. E. Brunson, first vice-presi
dent, will lead the W. M. S. for
the remainder of the year.
