i The petition of John Henry
West, Jr., C. J. Johnson, and J.
, E. Coleman respectfully shows:
1.
They desire to be incorporated
'under the name and s-yle of
Warner Robins Busses, Inc.
2.
The general nature of the busi-1
| ness to be transacted by said
j corporation is that of owning and
operating motor busses and
trucks and taxicabs. In this con
nection the company desires the
right to own property, to operate
garages and service stations and
| warehouses, to transport persons
i and property for hire, to operate
restaurants and cafeterias, to
buy and sell automobile and
truck parts, and to deal in motor
(fuels and lubricants.
3.
The capital stock of said cor-1
poration shall be thirty thousand!
dollars ($30,000.00) and each
share of common stock shall have j
a par value of one hundred dol- i
lars ($100.00). Said corporation I
desires the right to increase its'
capital stock from time to time
[as its stockholders may see fit to
a su-m not to exceed two hundred
fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.-
00) and also desires the right to
decrease its capital stock to a
sum of not less than ten thous
and dollars ($10,000.00), such in
creases or decreases to be deter
mined by a majority of the,
stockholders.

Said corporation shall have ex
istence for a period of thirty-five
(35) years.
5.
The principal office of said cor
poration shall be in Warner Rob
ins, Georgia, Houston County,
but said corporation desires the
privilege of establishing branch
offices and places of business at
any place they may see fit with
in the limits of the state of
Georgia.

The name and post office ad
dress of each of the applicants is

Said corporation shall be con
trolled by its stockholders and
shall not require a board of di
rectors unless the stockholders

have all rights, powers, and im
munities now or hereafter grant
ed to similar corporations.
