Allen and Cecilia C. Allen to
Thomas W. Kent and Aric L. Kent
and recorded in Record Book 99,
page 212, Clerk’s Office, Houston
Superior Court, will be sold be
fore the courthouse door in Perry,
Houston County, Georgia, during
the legal hours of sale, to the
highest bidder for cash, on Tues
day, April 7, 1959, the following
lands; •
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the 10th Dis
trict of Houston County, Georgia,
comprising 21.9 acres in the north
east coVner of Lot of land No. 135
in said district same being
bounded on the north by a public
road known as the Hunt Settle
ment running from Tharpe
Mill Road to Houston Factory and
Macon'.Road; on the east by land
of J. Lawrence Hunt, on the south
by lands of Estate of Mrs. N. C.
Wellonk, deceased; and on the
west by lands of J. E, Carney.
Said land is the same as that con
veyed by Frank M. Edwards to
T. J. Mitchell by deed dated July
16, 1949 recorded in Deed Book
67, pag)e 347, Clerk’s Office, Hous
ton Superior Court. Said property
is likewise the same as that con
veyed tp Thomas W. Kent and Mrs.
Arie Li Kent by deed from Mrs.
Ethel J. Mitchell dated May 16,
1955 and recorded in Book 93,
page 377, said Clerk’s Office.
This conveyance is subjected to
•deed to secure debt from Thomas

Whereas, said note has become
in default as to principal and in
terest and the undersigned elects
that the entire, principal and inter
est, become due at once;
Now Therefore, according to the
original terms of said security
deed and the laws in such cases
made and provided, the undersign
ed will expose for sale to the high
est and best bidder for cash the
above described property, after
proper advertisement, on the first
Tuesday in April 1959 between the
legal hours of sale before the
Courthouse door of Houston Coun
ty, Georgia. The proceeds from
said sale will be used and applied
as provided in said deed to secure
debt.

project to equip the Woodland
Circle Park with playground facili
ties for the children in this area.
It is felt some families might
possibly have good playground
equipment that children have out
grown, or that is no longer used.
