base 24 feet wide on U. S. Highway 80, near Roberta, The schedule calls for placing
24.2 miles of pavement in 30 working days, fast time in any league. Overall cost of
the project, Including building one new bridge and widening two others, is $2,061,-
622, One million yards of dirt was moved in making ready for paving.
