Distributors, Inc. dated October 26,
1960 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Houston County, Georgia in
Deed Book 158, pages 547, 548 and
549, and for the purpose of pay
ing the indebtedness secured
thereby together with costs of sale
and attorneys’ fees, the undersign
ed will sell on the first Tuesday
in May, 1961 at public outcry to
the highest bidder for cash before
the courthouse door of Houston
County, Georgia during the legal
hours of sale the following des
cribed property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Fifth Land
District of Houston County, Geor
gia, and in the City of Warner
Robins, more fully described as
follows: Beginning on the south
line of Doyle Street at a point
where the south line of said Doyle
Street is intersected by the west
line of First Street; thence south
2 degrees 18 minutes east along
the east line of Dead Street for a
distance of 346.8 feet, to the north
line of land now or formerly own
ed by D. N. Zoumberis; thence
north 66 degrees 23 minutes east
for a distance of 93 feet; thence
north 17 degrees 25 minutes west
along the west line of First Street
for a total distance of 325 feet to
the point of beginning. Said land
is bounded on the north by Doyle
Street, on the east by First Street,
on the west by Dead Street and on
the south by land now or formerly
belonging to D. N. Zoumberis. Said
described land is fully shown on
a plat of survey made by Rhodes
Sewell, Surveyor, on April 25,
1958, a copy of said plat being of
record in Map Book 5, page 100,

May 22, Sgt. Miller will leave for
Upper Heyford, England for a
three year’s tour of duty with the
Chaplain Section of the U. S. Air
Force. Mrs. Miller and the chil
dren will remain with her parents
until a later date at which time
they will join him.

Delphians Work On
Womanless Wedding
The Delphian Club held its an
nual business meeting last Thurs
day afternoon at the home of Mrs.
Lewis Jacobs with Mrs. Watt Bo
ler, Mrs. Thomas Mason Jr. and
Mrs. Edward Mason serving as co
hostesses.
The meeting was presided over
by the president, Mrs. Jack Miller
Sr., at which time final plans were
made for the Womanless Wedding
which is to be presented by the
club on Tuesday evening, April 25,
at 8 o’clock at the Perry High
School Gymnatorium. Tickets for
the annual barbecue sponsored by
the Perry Club Council were given
to each member to sell.
A social hour was enjoyed at the
conclusion of the meeting.
Mr. and Mrs. Eric Staples spent
the weekend in Atlanta to be with
their son, Pierce, who is a patient
at the Crawford Long Hospital
where he underwent surgery on
his shoulder.
