The butter she churned by hand and the head cheese dad made from the head of the hog he butchered, ne hot bricks mama used to put in our bed to warm it before we went to bed; how she used to cut up onions, fry them, and put them in a cloth pla ed around my chest as hot as . could stand it when I had a cold. The picture show dad took us to see on Sunday after noons the continuing movie of Pearl White. How excited we were to see what would happer next Sunday. I remember threshing tune and the cooking and baking mama would do.
