something better about a streamlined, modern

They’ll show you how the right use of

Governor’s Conference on
Traffic Safety . . Coach George
Sapp, Instructor of Driver Edu
cation in Perry High School,
John Powell, chairman of Inter
act Club, David Franklin and
Gary Wright, members of Interact
of Perry High, attended the
Governor’s Third Annual Con
ference on Traffic Safety at
the Regency Hyatt House in
Atlanta Friday, Dec. 12. There
were some 500 youth and adults
from all over Georgia.
Many and varied speakers,
including Governor Maddox him
self, highlighted the Confer
ence with the cold facts of
highway accidents, their causes,
and what we can do to prevent
the slaughter on the highways.
One of the most effective
means is thorough Driver Edu
cation. Yet we must put our
education into the realness of
our everyday living.
