When a participant in a 1970 farm program certifies compliance, he certifies ac curately to acreages in the program crops and to divert ed acreage. He also certifies that he has complied with conserving base provisions, with regulations that apply if he has an interest in more than one farm, that the di verted acres on his farm are devoted to an approved con serving use. and that all other program requirements have been met.
