H.l Often in the rush to finish the last few days of school, one tends to forget to say a simple “Thank You!!” to the one person who has done so much to make this year a real ly great one - - our principal. Although in his first year at PUS, Mr. Hutcherson has really changed some things around - - and for the better!! There are new rules and regu lations, but they have been needed for quite a long time and are quite just. Also, we do have six weeks exams and different ways of testing, but these are certainly going to give us a more com prehensive review of subject matter. Then, one cannot roam the halls at will - - but there should be little traffic in the halls. FITNESS AWARDS For the second year. Perry High School has participated in the National Physical Fit ness Test. This test is com posed of seven items: shuttle run, fifty yard dash, flexed arm hang, sit ups, standing broad jump, softball throw, 600 yard run. The girls are eligible for three awards; the 50 percen tile award, the 80 percentile award, and the Presidential award. The following students have qualified for awards this year.
