or centuries, fine wines have been considered
to be one of the great treasures of the world.
d\ Id They represent a product of nature which has
been brought to its peak of perfection through
generations of devoted study, tender care, and
battling against the elements. Men have spent
their lives learning the secrets of producing great
vines. It is, therefore, fitting that they should be
held in esteem by people who appreciate the
Finer things in life.
Today, as never before, wines are being enjoyed
nore and more as a symbol of gracious living.
Wine lends an aura of glamour and sophistica
tion to a fine meal and enhances the flavor of
good food. Os course, wine is good in itself, but
as our taste for fine cuisine develops, our
appreciation of fine wine increases.
