Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Warner Robins, a
corporation organized and

certain security deed which is of
record in Deed Book 364, page 97,
Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court, on the following described
property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 199, Fifth Land District of
Houston County, Georgia, being
known and designated as Lot 283,
of a Subdivision known as Warner
Robins Defense Homes, ac
cording to a plat of survey of
record in Map Book 2, page 55,
Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court.
The said plat and the record
thereof are incorporated herein
by reference for all purposes.
The said security deed was
given initially to secure a
promissory note of even date
therewith which was in the
amount of $10,450.00, which was
due and payable beginning April
1, 1971 and bearing interest at the
