Black actor-singer Harry Caesar has boon signed to
play ’’Coaly” in 2()th Century-Fox’s ’’The Emperor of
the North Pole”, This s;j 5 million feature is about
1933 railroad hoboes and stars Lee Marvin and
Ernest Borgnine. This Technicolor film is being shot
on location in Oregon.

’’MARCO”
Desi Arnaz, dr. appears in the title role of Tomorrow
Entertainment’s musical, ’’Marco”, which was (ilmed
by Rankin/Bass Productions in Japan. An nccomp
lished musician-singer at | 9, Arnaz plays the youth
ful Polo in buckskins reminiscent of North American
Indian wear. Coat time designer Rmi Wada fetched the
idea of tassels from priestly robes in the Kublai
Khan court.
