County, Georgia, executed a Deed
with Power of Sale to Secure Debt
toWJ. Raborn, securing a Note of
even date for Four Thousand and
No 100 Dollars ($4,000.00), said
Deed with Power of Sale to Secure
Debt was recorded in Deed Book
378, Page 543, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court.
By virtue of Power of Sale
contained in said Deed with
Power of Sale to Secure Debt,
there will be sold by the un
dersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder, for cash, before
the Courthouse door of Houston
; County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale on the first Tuesday
in July, 1974, the same being July
