Kemp is a member, past
president and past chairman ,
of the board of the Warner
Robins Noon Optimist Club, a
past director of the USO and is
currently serving as chairman
of the Warner Robins
Chamber of Commerce’s
Higher Education Committee
and a member of the
scholarship committee of the
Warner Robins Woman’s
Club.
A former college ad
ministrator and teacher for
the University of Georgia,
Kemp served as director of
the University of Georgia’s
Warner Robins Adult
Education Center, prior to
. entering the legal profession.
A veteran of the U.S, Marine
Corps Kemp received his
Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration and Juris
Doctorate from the University
of Georgia,

Present Year End Program
The Spring quarter 7th
grade Music Education
students of Mrs. Sally Ingram
presented an end of the year
program for the students at
Perry Annex on Wednesday,
May 29.
The chorus rendered these
HOUSTON HOME JOURNAL THURS., JUNE 6, 1974,
selections: “Let There Be
Peace on Earth”, “One Day at
a Time”, ‘‘lmpossible
Dream”, and “Ben”. The
program was complete with
costumes and props.
For their part of the
program "Top of the Mor
ning”, the Rhythm Band
PAGE 14-B
performed “Minute in G” and
“Midsummer Eve” s
a Small World", accompanied
by Jane Bledsoe on the
autoharp.
Approximately sixty
students were involved in the
presentation.
