Book Fair
Scheduled
Oct. 18-19
The eighth annual AAUW
Book Fair will be held on
October 18 and 19 at Houston
Mall in Warner Robins Book
Barrels are already in position
at the following locations:
Warner Robins at Mr. Mack’s,
Whitings, Sears, Nygaards,
and The Berry Patch; and in
Ft. Valley at Ft Valley State
College The success of the
Fair depends on participation
by all people in Warner Robins
and surrounding areas.
Members of AAUW have
already started collecting,
sorting, and pricing books of
all kinds. Some of the
categories include novels,
fiction, non fiction, mysteries,
children's books, science
fiction plus others. One special
(ealure is a selection of old
books, one dating back to 1881
We also need children’s games
and puzzles.
The proceeds from the Fair
go entirely to Fellowships and
Community Services. Please,
go through and contribute
whatever items you may
have The money made goes
for a very worthy cause. We
would like to make this the
best Book Fair ever!
