On July 2, 1974, the Board of
Trustees of HOUSTON COUNTY
CHILD DEVELOPMENT, INC., a
nonprofit corporation, without
shareholders, or voting members,
organized and existing under the
jAdws of the State of Georgia,
Tjdopted the following amendment
to the Articles of Incorporation of
said corporation:
Upon the dissolution of this
organization for any cause, the
properties then in possession of
this organization shall be turned
over to such successor
organization as the Board of
Trustees shall determine, which
are exempt as organizations
described in Sections 501 (c) (3)
and 170 (c) (2) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1954, or
corresponding Sections of any
prior or future Internal Revenue
Code, or to the Federal, State or
Local governments for exclusive
