Mrs. J.L. Coleman of Dublin.
A graduate of Perry High
School, he received the B.S.
degree in History from

Mrs J.W Jacobs, formerly of
Perry and now of Macon, and

Perry. The prospective groom
is a Perry High School
graduate, and he attended
Southern Technical Institute
in Marietta At present, he is
employed at Pabst Co. near
Perry.
The wedding will be
solemnized in a simple home
ceremony at the home of the
bride-elect’s parents on 1306
North Avenue, Sunday,
August 3, 1975, at 3:00 P M. in
the presence of very close
relatives and friends with
Rev. G. Lewis Wright,
brother-in-law of the bride-to
be officiating
Georgia Southwestern College
and is attending graduate
school there He is employed
by the West Central Georgia
Community Action Council,
Inc , of Montezuma.

place June 7 at Pennington

Elected Officers
The May meeting of the
Delphian Club was a picnic
luncheon on Saturday, May 17,
at the Yates Greens’ Plan
tation House.
Prior to the luncheon a short
business meeting was held.
Mrs. Green, president, called
for minutes of the previous
meeting, which were read by
the secretary, Mrs. Earle
Smith, and approved by the
club. Mrs. Seaton Carpenter
gave her treasurer’s report.
