Air University, Maxwell
AFB, Ala. Their son-in
law, Capt. Kendall Bar
ckley was graduated from
Squadron Officers School.

Smyth returned last week
from Philadelphia and
Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania,
where they were the guests
of Mr. Smyth's cousin,
Mrs. R. Stephen Uzzell,

Miss Smyth is one of the
summer debutantes
presented at the In
dependence Ball on June 4
at the Bellevue-Stratford
Hotel in Philadelphia, and
enjoyed several affairs
honoring the debutantes.
