I On the 7th day of November,
1974, WILLIAM TOMLiNSON, of
Houston County, Georgia,
executed a Deed with Power of
Sale to Secure Debt to LOUISE V.
MAXWELL, formerly known as
LOUISE V. SARTAIN, securing a
Note of even date for Thirty
Thousand and No 100 Dollars
($30,000.00), said Deed with
Power of Sale to Secure Debt was
recorded in Deed Book 445, Pages
595-597, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court. The debt secured
by said Deed with Power of Sale to
Secure Debt and Note has been
and is hereby declared due
because of non payment of the
installments on said loan. In
addition to the principal and in-
terest due on said Deed with
Power of Sale to Secure Debt and
Note, there is also due the sum of
fifteen (15 percent) percent of the
principal and interest as at
torney's fees, notice having been
given in conformity to the
provisions of Section 20-506 of the
Georgia Code Annotated. The
debt remaining in default, this
sale will be made for the purpose
of paying same and all expenses
of this sale.
By virtue of Power of Sale
contained in said Deed with
Power of Sale to Secure Debt,
there will be sold by the un
dersigned at public outcry to the
highest bidder, for cash before the

from the conveyance are those
two tracts of land comprising in
the aggregate 19.07 acres, more or
less, which were conveyed by
Louise V. Sartain, Individually
and as Executrix of the Estate of
Horace Y. Sartain, deceased to
Carl C. Smith, Jr. and Emilie Y,
Smith in Warranty Deed dated
June 13, 1974 and recorded in
Deed Book 438, Page 80, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court.

and 181 of the Tenth Land District
