Under and by virtue of the
power of sale contained in a
certain Security Deed
executed by John V, Fitz
Patrick and Margie Fitz
Patrick, to The Citizens and
Southern National Bank, dated
August 15, 1972, and recorded
in Deed Book 400, page 494,
Houston County Records, and
later transferred, assigned
and conveyed to Government
National Mortgage
Association on August 30, 1972,
said transfer recorded in Deed
Book 401, page 500, Houston
County Records, and later
re transferred, assigned and
conveyed to The Citizens and
Southern National Bank on
December 27, 1972, said
transfer recorded in Deed
Book 408, page 490, Houston
County Records, and
there will be sold by The
Citizens and Southern National
Bank, at public outcry, before
the Court House in said State
and County, as Attorney in
Fact for the said maker of said
deed on the first Tuesday in
September 1978, during the
legal hours of sale to the
highest bidder for cash, the

All that real estate situate,

April 7, 1966, Leslie E. Powell
did execute to Citizens State
Bank a certain security deed
which is of record In Deed
Book 258, page 266, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior
Court, on the following
described property, to-wlt:
All that real estate In the
Fifth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, and in Land
Lot 141 therein, known and
designated as Lot 3 in Block
"D" of a subdivision known as
"Addition of Blocks C and D,
Lake Subdivision," according
to a plat of survey of said
subdivision of record in Map

Said plat and the recorded

given initially to secure a
promissory note of even date

$11,400.00 which was due and
payable beginning April 10,
1976 and bearing Interest after
maturity at the rate of nine per
cent per annum.
The present balance due on
both of the above described
property is $23,228.45 plus
fifteen per cent attorney's
fees.
WHEREAS, the
aforementioned indebtedness
as stated In the proceeding
paragraph has become In
default the undersigned has
declared the entire amount of
said indebtedness due and
payable in accordance with the
terms of said deed* and the
notes secured thereby; and
