Thought for the week;
While we are coldly
discussing a man’s
career, sneering at his
mistakes blaming his
rashness, and labelling
department, it was
disclosed that 99 cases
were investigated, 61
cases were cleared and 38
cases remained open at
the end of November.
Cases investigated by
Capt. Rape's division
during November in
cluded 29 cases of theft by
taking, 23 cases of
his opinions - “Anglican
and supercilious’’ -- that
man, in his solitude, is
perhaps shedding hot
tears because his
sacrifice is a hard one,
because strength and
patience are failing him
to speak the difficult
word, and do the difficult
deed.
