Kenneth M. Myers and Arkadi
Rywlin executed and delivered
a security deed to Charlie N.
McGlamry, securing a
promissory note of even date
in the original principal sum of
$100,000.00, said note being due
and payable in monthly in
stallments in accordance with
the schedule of payments
contained in said note, each
payment being applied to the
interest then due and then to
the reduction of principal,
interest being computed on the
unpaid principal amount at the
rate of nine (9 percent) per
cent per annum, said security
deed being of record in Deed
Book 468, Pages 561 563,
Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court,
By virtue of the power of sale
contained in said security
deed, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry to
the highest bidder, for cash,
before the Courthouse door of
Houston County, Georgia,
within the legal hours of sale
on the first Tuesday in
January, 1980, the same being
January 1, 1980, the following
described property:
All that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in Lane
Lot 199 of the Fifth Lane
District of Houston County,
Georgia, and in a subdivision
known as Warner Robins
Defense Homes as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 37, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court, and
•also shown on a map recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 55, said
Clerk's Office; said property
being designated on said maps

both inclusive; said lots having
such shape, form, dimensions
and boundaries as are shown
on said plats, reference to
which is hereby made for all
purposes of description and
which by reference are made a
part hereof. There is located
on said described properties
certain apartments and im
provements which are com

The debt secured by said
security deed and note has
been and is hereby declared
due because of a default in the
payments thereon. The debt
remaining in default, this sale
will be made for the purpose of
paying same and all expenses
of this sale.
Said property shall be sold
as the property of Peritz
Scheinberg, KennethM. Myers
and Arkadi Rywlin and suc
cessors in title to the said
Peritz Scheinberg, Kenneth M.
Myers and Arkadi Rywlin,
subject to outstanding ad
valorem taxes, easements and
restrictions of record, and the
following instruments:

execute a deed to the pur
