Default has occurred and

nonpayment when due of the

Security Deed. By reason of
these defaults, the Security
Deed has been declared
foreclosable according to its
terms.
The aforedescribed real
property will be sold to the
highest bidder for cash, as the
property of K.B, of Georgia,
Inc., the proceeds to be applied
to the payment of the Note,
attorneys' fees, and the lawful

may be withdrawn for a period
of thirty five (35) days after

the amount not less than five
percent (5 percent) of the base
bid. Both a Performance and
Payment Bond will be
required in an amount equal to
100 percent of the contract
price.
