Police investigate criminal trespassing,
battery, and alcohol-related incidents

an incident of battery.
Annie Willie Green, 44, B-3
Perimeter Circle, Perry, April 4 re
ported an incident of criminal tres
pass and theft by taking. Green said
someone had entered her home and
look hand tools and various
clothing.
Lee Anderson, 23, 708 A.
Coventry Circle, Perry, April 4,
reported to police that a woman
entered her home and broke her
lamp, vase, two oil lamps and then
the woman allegedly hit Anderson
on the leg with an iron pipe.
Jessie Roberts, A-2 Perimeter
Circle, Perry, April 4, was charged
with drinking, drunkenness,
intoxication.

Rd. Apt. 123, Perry, March 4,
reported to police an incident of
simple battery.

robbery by force.

his fence was struck and damaged

Atew store under construction
Zeb's Zip In on Interstate 75 and Highway 41 South has been demolished to make
way for a new convenience store and gas station. Construction workers say the
new, larger store should be completed in late June.

Fender bender
When Grady Donald Shirley Jr. tried to drive his 1984
Dodge across the ballfleld at Perry High School
Tuesday he had a few problems. According to police
reports Shirley was traveling 35 mph and skidded when
he applied his brakes. There was extensive damage to
the left front fender of Shirley's car.
