Georgia dated November 19, 1990,
recorded November 28, 1990 in Deed
Book 899 page 649, Houston County
Records, said deed to secure debt being
given to secure a note of even date in
the original principal amount of Twenty-
Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen
and 00/100 ($25,815.00), with interest
from date as stated therein, there will be
sold to the highest bidder for cash
before the courthouse door at Houston
County, Georgia, within the legal hours
of sale on the first Tuesday in August,
1992, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the Eleventh Land
District of Houston County, Georgia,
being a part of Lot of Land No. 12 in said
District, same being known and
designated as Lot. No. 1 of the Mrs. A.L.
Sasser Subdivision (who is the same
person as Mrs. Eula G. Sasser) and
having such shapes, metes, bounds,
courses, and distances as are shown on
