IT’S JUST POSSIBLE YOU’VE READ THIS PAPER BEFORE.
Because this paper uses recycled newsprint whenever it can.
Recycled newsprint is just one of the many useful products made from old
newspapers. Recycling keeps the newspaper you're reading from the
jfr landfill. And it helps us all to save money. So, after you read, recycle.
And we’ll do our part. We'll use it again. . The Houston Home «

Caring for you in the most personal way is not at all new at Perry Hospital. In fact, our CARING AND HtAIING.
patients know it’s our hallmark. Then what’s new? It’s the increasingly advanced resources
our skilled caregivers now have: sophisticated equipment like the CAT scan, an Intensive Care Unit that’s a high-tech marvel,
and much more. Revolutionary technology in the hands of compassionate experts: the caring you count on, in a whole new way.

We have been busy putting to
gether Christmas Stockings for the
Salvation Army. Every 4-Hcr filled
a stocking supplied by the
Salvation Army with goodies and
presents. We hope all these children
enjoy their stockings as we cele
brate the birth of Jesus Christ. You
know, a lot of people don't know
what the 4-Hs' stand for. "The
HEAD To Clearer Thinking, The
HEART To Greater Loyally, The
HANDS To Larger Service and
HEALTH To Better Living, for our
Club, Community, Country and
our WORLD".
Samantha recently participated in
the Houston County Turkey Walk,
which was sponsored by the
American Heart Association.
Samantha collected $250 in contri

complimentary Turkey Walk T-

lected county-wide.
Mrs. Nydia Rodriguez organized
the local Turkey Walk. She is the

SELLING YOUR HOUSE
By Judy
jP ABOUT
HOUSE
HUNTERS
Ilouschuntcrs - ihc people who arc seri
ous about finding a new home and those who
just like to look - work on their own sched
ules, not yours, 'lhat is, they respond to ads
when they see them, or at a time that's con
venient for them, first thing in the morning or
late at night, lhey want to visit a home for
sale right away - or some other time that
meets their needs. Not yours.
The good news is lhat a homcscllcr doesn't
have to worry about the inconveniences, once
the property is listed with a real estate broker.
Then we stand as protection against the nui
sances that go into marketing a house. We
place the ads and take the phone calls.
We interview the houschunlcrs to sepa
rate the "just looking, thanks" people from
those who really want to buy -- and then we
make sure lhat the would-be buyers really
want a home like yours and can afford it.
liven then, you can count on us to show the
house, point out its best features, and negoti
ate the sale.
When you want real service, list with
